Only 1 of 2 managed workstations showing up in admin console
Good morning,
We just recently subscribed for Acronis True Image Premium for 3 PCs. We installed the product on 2 PCs and ran the backup. Later when we check the subscription under the Acronis Account console, it shows only 1 of the 2 PCs being managed by Acronis.
But when we go to the Acronis Cyber Cloud console, it shows that both device are being managed by Acronis. Not sure why this thing happened. We did change the password for the Acronis account between installing the first and second PC though.
By the way I tried to upload some pictures to help make it easier to understand our situation but somehow the system says 'The file could not be uploaded'.
Also, are there anyway to rename the PCs so it'll be easier to spot which one is which?

Andy, welcome to these public User Forums.
Sorry but you appear to be mixing 2 different Acronis applications which are not directly compatible with each other.
Acronis True Image is aimed at Home or Small Business users (5 users).
Acronis Cyber Backup is a true Business product.
I would recommend contacting Acronis direct via a support case for your business product.

Are they really not quite compatible? They were both under the same subscription..
Anyway I will follow your recommendation and contact Acronis directly.

Glad you decided to leave the thread open.
I have a question for you. When you say " when we go to the Acronis Cyber Cloud console, " do you mean that in the GUI you click on Account, then you click on Open Online Dashboard and that action in turn opens your browser to the " Acronis Cyber Cloud console "?
If yes, this is what I would expect to happen. The behavior you experience is what I would expect as a result of your changing passwords. You might remedy that by doing the following:
- Open the TI app and click on the Account tab.
- In the top right hand corner of the Account window you will see your username (email address). To the right of that you will see a ^ symbol except it will be upside down.
- Click on the symbol and you will be taken to your Acronis online Account.
- Once on the Account page click on the Dashboard button. This will initiate a provisioning of your account which may trigger the addition of the second PC.
- If that fails, at the top right hand side of the Dashboard screen, click on the ADD button, then choose Computer - Windows and see if your second PC is listed for selection. If it is select it and you should be all set. If not then contacting support will be in order.
