Sync fails all the time

Thread needs solution

I've been using Sync for years, but it fails multiple times per week requiring me to recreate the sync.  I've followed all the recommended procedures to fix this including the following:

  1. Involved support 4-5 times
  2. restarted syncagent service on both PCs.
  3. tested for ports passing to the cloud
  4. restart all acronis services - I have them scheduled to all restart 2x per day. 
  5. Rebooting both pcs
  6. logging out of both Acronis instances and logging back in.

Below is the latest log failure.  I had recreated this sync only 2 hours ago and it's already failing!:

sorry to know about the issue! Unfortunately, we can only suggest following steps from the article https://kb.acronis.com/content/47168 Other fixes require changes of the sync mechanism in the product, which might be implemented in the future product versions, but we don't have an ETA.
