Problems with Acronis 2020 on Mac
I'm using Acronis 2020 (v 24.6.25760) on a 2020 MacBook Pro running Catalina v10.15.5. I'm having three persistent problems. Any help on either of these would be greatly appreciated. For what it's worth, I'm also running Acronis 2020 on a Windows box and it's run great for ages, and I've recovered single files using it.
1) First, and most serious, when I try to recover a single file from a full-disk backup on the Mac, I get a "file does not exist" error and the recovery fails. Here's the log:

2) Second problem, also serious but not quite as bad as the above... about 4 times out of 5 that a backup runs it fails. I can't figure out why. There isn't really an error message, and clicking on the "more detail" link just brings up a page that says there isn't more info. Sometimes it will try again after 30 seconds, and usually fail again. Sometimes a reboot will allow it to succeed.

3) I have the backup scheduled to start at 1:00 AM every morning, and it doesn't. Ever. I have power nap enabled both in the Acronis preferences and the Mac Energy Saver preferences.
