Cloud full, can't delete or clean anything
Hello,
my cloud backup is completely full, on exploration I found out that very old files are kept, which are no longer existing on my systems.
However, I can't delete or clean any files or folders when I browse the cloud in the web browser, I can only download or share these folders:
When using the "clean backups" functionality in the browser it just leads me back to the Backups overview page, and prompts me to log in, and then just stops there. No button or anything for cleaning up. Same in True Image 2020.
What to do? I can't backup or clean up anything, the cloud is full, and all backups are stopped.
