Did my Backup fail, problem with c:\bs_hudson\workspace?

Just had my weekly TI2020 backup complete and I looked at the e-mail I was sent just now.

Says it succeeded, but yet I see errors? I am not using the Cloud but a local external drive P:. File was created on the disk.
Confused by the warning and error line?
OK, ran the NEW GENERATION LOG VIEWER... looked at the past logs... this is the ONLY one with those lines with the '|' at the beginning.
What could have changed?

Thanks for the tips...
Acronis VSS Doctor found an error from yesterday. All other items passed, and this is the log for that last item error:

I wouldn't expect this to be a carry over to today?
Event Viewer has been having 2 of these every day since 9/10/2019, before that it seems one time with a few twice, and some days none?
All look the same?

=============
Seems to be a long thread on this over here, https://www.tenforums.com/general-support/133273-vss-errors-8193-13-a-12.html? Didn't read the whole thing, but Acronis was mentioned in it and it seems it might be MS created?
I only back-up 2 drives, C: and K:, CHKDSK on K: was good (after Active Protection complained CHKDSK was trying to Access the MBR) so I whitelisted it and re-ran it? I also noticed the TI is taking a LONG time to open, more than usual, sitting at "applying User".
My C: is an SSD boot drive. I'll have to re-boot to run that, but I'll assume it too would be OK. If it had an error, I'll come back and post more.

My post didn't show?
C: was OK but I forgot to put in that I had a strange pop-up from WinPatrol
Sort of cryptic where to look, but I assumed it was the STARTUP program page? Not sure, but I've looked and can't see anything anywhere unusual. However I didn't accept the change as I can't find out what it is. PLUS Info tells me 'file not found'?
When I used AUTORUNS I see a LOT of file not found for a WD Desktop App... suspect it had been removed before and the registry entries were left. I used AUTORUNS to take them out before, but I see them back in now?

Pat L wrote:Since it was an error with not being able to create the snapshot of the disk, you should:
- run chkdsk :X /F where X is the letter of each of the partitions you are backing up
- try the Acronis VSS Doctor.
Not sure where my first post went?
Disk K: was clean on CHKDSK.
VSS Doctor ran ok except that is found an Event VSS error, and from the log, this:
Volume Shadow Copy Service information: The COM Server with CLSID {4e14fba2-2e22-11d1-9964-00c04fbbb345} and name CEventSystem cannot be started. [0x8007045b, A system shutdown is in progress.]
Been getting this on every shutdown. Twice even since 9/10, and before that some days twice, some once, and some times never?
There is a fairly long thread at https://www.tenforums.com/general-support/133273-vss-errors-8193-13-a.html
and it does mention Acronis in it as well. 34 pages and it appears to be a W10 problem?

I may not be having a 'real' problem? This was happening during SHUTDOWN and TI doesn't do that for me?

Oh, I now see it was queued for review. Maybe they both will show...
Seems to be an MS problem...

I am not familiar with WinPatrol but I assume it is 3rd party software that you have installed. I tried looking at some of the web pages by get a security warning from my browser (FireFox) so I didn't go farther.
I'm not sure of the connection between the WinPatrol problem and the ATI error or why you think there is a Microsoft problem involved in either one of them. (There are certainly enough MS problems to go around but I don't see the connection here.)

It seems my replies still have not arrived here? Maybe a moderator needs to see them first as I noticed the 2nd time it stated it needed review.
MS Problem, easy.
This is the VSS error (error 13) in Event Viewer:
===============
Volume Shadow Copy Service information: The COM Server with CLSID {4e14fba2-2e22-11d1-9964-00c04fbbb345} and name CEventSystem cannot be started. [0x8007045b, A system shutdown is in progress.]
===============
I Googled the first part of the message and found this 34 page problem report:
https://www.tenforums.com/general-support/133273-vss-errors-8193-13-a.h…
In it others have mention Acronis and even Macrium Reflect. It appears to be a long running MS created problem, that is still not fixed, but it seems causes no real problems. Unofficial fix was to stop the service before shutting down.
Also, since this was the FIRST time I've seen it in TI Logs, I'm not sure what is going on? After I posted here seeing the first response I did look at the backup file and it is a few GB's larger than the last one that didn't have the errors. I then looked at Recovery for disks, all the proper size listed, and lastly files, drilled down in both drives and files appear to be there?

I have exactly the same error. It has only occurred recenltly ... I suspect a windows update has caused it.
