ATI cleanup utility screws up Quicken 2011 installation??

I used the cleanup utility twice now, and twice it has affected the Quicken 2011 installation on my computer.
When I start Quicken after the uninstall & cleanup of ATI 2011, the windows installer shows up and tells me the component for the PDFPrinter is missing.
The first time, I thought it was a coincidence and that something else happened, but now I have a strong suspicion something is going on.
Does anybody else have a similar problem?

As soon as you guys release a new update, I will use the cleanup utility before I install it and report back ;-)

I haven't had any issue using the clean-up on a machine with both of those progs installed. But clearly something has gone wonk between the two on your machine. I'd suggest that you try unistalling and then reinstalling each. Before doing so, I'd us msconfig.exe to disable all nonmicrosoft services and all startup programs. This makes for cleaner installs and uninstalls.
You can read about using msconfig here:

Ok. I couldn't resist and I fired up the cleanup tool this evening in a moment of folly.
So, here is the thing: I couldn't reproduce the Quicken thing. Maybe the message I mentionned earlier appeared for some other reason when I changed the homegroup printer sharing settings...
The funny thing is that I noticed another message I get when I use the cleanup utility is appearing when I launch iDrive (another online backup application). When I launch it, I get this weird message "Microsoft Installer is configuring the Microsoft Office Single Image" or something along these lines. I don't know what Office has to do with iDrive. It appears very quickly, but then iDrive is working correctly.
So, yes, this issue seems to be reproductible. I remember having it seen earlier:
