Thread needs solution

Good afternoon, I have installed Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 and for a while I can not back up network when I boot it from a computer with a USB I created not detect the network.
Someone can help me.

Welcome to our Forum, it's nice to have you with us! I ubderstand your concern, and will do my best to help you.

The most possible reason is the lack of driversin the bootable media kernel. As a workaround I would advise you to do the following: 

  1. Download the latest bootable media from your account
  2. Add it to the bootable media following these instructions.

It should fix the issue faced. Should it remain, please gather Acronis Linux Report, and submit a support request, and let us know it's number.
