Scheduler failed to run task because of error 5 (Access is denied.)

Hello
I have set that in couple of nights True Image take incremental backup. My PC has set to wake up two minutes before that and after that it should go sleep again. This works quite well, but sometimes True Image has not done backup at all.
Here is what logs says:
Details: Scheduler failed to run task "System_C" with GUID 'E9D36D78-05E1-4BD9-88DA-0C481E22B5A9' because of error 5 (Access is denied.).More information can be found at: http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
Event code: 0x00090005"
And email notification:
System_C Task execution failed.
Description: My Disk Drives BackupCannot read the log file.
This is quite rare (one of ten) but I like to prevent this completely. Any ideas how to prevent that?

SensoBit,
Does your problem also occur after Windows has been in sleep mode?

Perhaps you could expand on when this happens for you, what type of image/backup are you doing, has it ever worked?
What build of TIH?

It is an incremetal backup to local drive, build 7.160
It worked the first time when i have created the task ad test it ... "SET & FORGET" is an only gingle ...
I the discover after one week that the daily backup doesn't work ....

Does running the task manually work?
Is the image able to be explored by your file manager and or mounted?
Have you copied or moved the image from it's original place, in fact is the image on an external or internal drive, if external USB, eSata, NAS etc?

Yes, i test always a new task before to schedule it.

Yes.

YES !
... this is a fake of True Image ALL version ... is very hard to clear.
1) I create a task for an incremental Backup
2) I run manualy this task (the first time do a complete backup)
3) i run a task (incremental backup)
4) i move the original complete backup to anothe location (an internal drive)
...
5) I explore the incremental backup and it find the original backup located on another drive ...
6) why the next incremetal backup cannot find the complete backup ?
Why TruImag do a cronology of MOVE, RENAME of the file of the backup ?
I want to break the chain of backup for to do one new (complete), but without cancel the original file.
How could I do it?
Thank you.

OK,
1. If you make a task and select the type as incremental, it will automatically make a FULL before making an incremental next time.
2. TIH2010 isn't able to cope with moving parts of the image archive (2011 does have a copy function, to move the whole archive)
3. What you need to do is to change the backup method. Tick the Create a new full backup after, however many incrementals you want.
Then you can move the old full plus it's incrementals to another drive. You need to do this AFTER the new full has been made.

OK, i do already all that you say.
The task is already seto with a new backup after 20 times.
But hte problem is that i want to do another FULL backup for error on selection file on the first ... baut is not too important.
OT.
I have used TRU2011 for a few months ... :-(
After i have loss several day for to reacreate a new scheduled set of backup (there was several errors on old imprted scheduled tasks) .. and tested one by one every tasks ... after a few week i discover that I HAVE NOT A BACKUP !!!
I have deleted the task on error for recreate a new operation ad it HAS DELETED ALL FILE backup !!!
It has deleted old sane backup and my original manual backup for test the task ... where are my backup ?
Now I have unistalled it and returned to old 2010 version ... in the 2011 there are TOO BUGs for a commercial release, it is a bad beta release.
END OT.
Thank you.
