Converting Secure Zone to NTFS

Thread needs solution

I am using ATI 2010 which creates the secure zone as FAT 32.

I can reformat it with Disk Director to NTFS...is this a good or bad idea?

Thanks for any help.

I believe that NTFS for a secure zone was first introduced with Version 2011. Before that it was always FAT32.
Since the earlier versions were designed to use FAT 32 it would be unwise to convert your SZ to NTFS because it may no longer work.

PS I strongly advise that any changes you want to make to a secure zone should only be done via the true image program. In particular this is most important if the start up recovery manager has been activated. Removal of the zone not via the TI interface would not restore the MBR to its original state.
