Nonstop pops up command prompt window

Since starting to use nonstop backup in Acronis True Image Home 2011, every so often what looks like a DOS window pops up. It has nothing in it and the window title is C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\TrueImageHomeService.exe.
It's quite annoying (as is the notification balloon mentioned elsewhere), but also very intrusive. Can anyone tell me how to stop it popping up?
