ti home online backup 2010 today performed an online backup without me having "requested" it.
Installed and ran backup approx. 6 days ago. Took about 4 days to upload. I have not yet scheduled it. Yet this evening, I saw it performing an online backup. Not upset, as I was planning on doing one manually overnight. How did that happen?

I would really appreciate if you can get to me with a step-by-step description of your steps when you are unable to schedule a backup. What exactly happens? Are there are any errors? Please send me the AcronisInfo report.

I've been trying now 5 times to send this info zip to you via method 2 webemail. Each time conection is broken. Error message states your webpage may be down. See attached screen shot. How should I send this file to you?

Mar. 9 Now I uninstalled online backup standalone, and reinstalled it without running scheduler461 afterwards. Now the schedule screen asks me for credentials in order to create a schedule. What does it want? I do not use a password to log into windows 7. Any help would be appreciated.............. thanks

Our forum is more of a community than a support channel that is why I suggested to contact our Support team which will be able to help you with investigating this problem. I've checked with our Web team and they did not report any problems with our website. If the file you are trying to send is large, you can contact our Chat support channel which is a much faster way to resolve things. Please check my post for details.

What our software is asking you is for your Windows credentials. I would appreciate if you can check the following article for the solution.

Well, I'll be a monkey's uncle. Did a live chat session this evening. There's a glitch in the GUI. Blue "not scheduled" is wrong. I created a schedule, and it started as scheduled, but still shows as "not scheduled". If this would only have been made known to me sooner, I could have saved myself oodles of time troubleshooting. That explains everything. Maybe this'll help others.
