Cannot integrate raid drivers

Hi im busy moving an old server across to a new server its my primary domain controller so im using universal restore, when i try to specify the raid driver my server just restarts when i click on it

Welcome to our Forum, it's nice to have you with us. I understand your concern, and will do all I can to help you.

I have carefully checked all our internal resources, and found now mention of a known issue that would match your description. Thus the situation requires investigation. But before we proceed with the investigation, I would like to offer you a workaround.

Please download the latest updated ISO from your account, burn it onto the CD, move the drivers to another location (folder on the flash drive), and proceed with the restoration according to these instructions.

Should the issue remain, please gather the following data: 

  1. Acronis Linux Report if possible
  2. Where the drivers are located

submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.
