Cannot find the specified archive

Thread needs solution

we are currently running B&R 10 (build 10.0.11639) We are getting the email alert saying the job completed successfully but when we look at the dashboard it says we have 3 failures. We open the error and it says the last 3 backups have failed.

Cannot find the specified archive.

In order to resolve this problem I would like to ask for additional information, because at the moment it is not clear why it occurs. It is most likely caused by our software's inability to access your backup location.

Can you please generate an AcronisInfo report and let me know where the backups are saved. Is this a personal or a centralized vault?
