i restore it's ok()about 45minuts) but when i restart pc for work i see a error, "I have to insert the cd for troubleshooting this because of hardware changes" , for to start the system recovery; it's normaly? or i wrong something?
I read the guide, but I did not understand where to select the field that says in step 4 of page 88:
"Select the Use Universal Restore check box. Then click Settings to open the Drivers window manager."

Cristian,
After you purchased the Plus Pack, you need to create a new recovey CD. Boot the computer on this new CD, you should see the Universal Restore option.
If you launch a universal restore, ATI will ask you for the location of the uncompressed drivers for your new computer (chipset, disk controller drivers). You can put these drivers on a thumb drive and plug the thumb drive in the computer as your start the restore from the CD.

Cristian,
You start right. After you select Universal Restore, ATI will ask to to specify the path of the new drivers.
The new drivers are the uncompressed drivers of your disk controller and chipset of your new computer. If you computer has already a version of windows installed, you can copy the content of c:\windows\system32\drivers onto a USB disk.
The path is where you copied these new drivers: the USB stick.
Plug the USB disk with the new drivers before you boot your computer on recovery CD. Check universal restore. Enter the path of the USB (for exampe D:\, if you copied the drivers directly on the root of the USB stick, and the ATI CD sees the USB stick as drive D:\).
If it fails with a BSOD upon reboot, it is because you don't have the right drivers, or you didn't specify the right path.

i try with copy the root Drivers but the situation is the same.
why i can't restore clone in another pc?

To be clear, you need the drivers from the new PC. If it fails and you are sure you specified the right path for ATI to find the drivers, you need to contact Acronis customer support.
