Help me set this up using TI Home 2010

Thread needs solution

I've read the user's guide, and browsed the forums, but I am still unclear how to accomplish the following with ATIH2010

1. I would like to take daily incremental backups (starting from the default full image).
2. Every Sunday, I would like to consolidate the incremental backups into a single full image and delete prior incremental backups.
3. Every 1st of the month, I would like to consolidate the weekly images into a monthly image, deleting the prior weekly images.
4. Keep a rolling 3 monthly images - always have the current monthly and the past 2 monthlies, while deleting the oldest (4th in line).

I can set up 1&2 just fine. I can create a separate task for 3, but I really don't want to have the software running 2 FULL images every 4th week (the 4th weekly and the monthly should be the same image). Again, I can do #4 with a separate task, but I will end up having double monthly images as far as I can tell.

I would appreciate any help to figure out if ATI2010 will do this kind of backup manipulation.

Off the top of my head, I don't think you'll get any further with automating the algorithm you want to use, than you already have. ABR10 will do what you want to do and actually has a similar set of pre determined algorithms built in - (GFS and Tower of Hanoi).

The only way I can think of attaining what you want is to play with the monthly ' make new archive ' option and, consolidation after 90 days.
