I can not get my Acronis True Image 2010 to open. I get a windows failure window when I click on the icon to start the program. Any suggestions? Thanks

There can be many reasons for the problem, and in order to solve it we need to localize the cause. For this we need the following diagnostic data: 

  1. Dump file
  2. Exact Windows Error
  3. Acronis info from the problem machine
