Using Windows boot menu to run Acronis Rescue Media
Hi,
I added an entry to Windows boot menu to run the iso file of Acronis bootable media (you can download it from your Acronis account or create it using the installed version of Acronis) I used EasyBCD to create the entry
It loads very fast on my quad core machine with 4GB RAM and so far has not run into any issues.
What are the advantages of this method ?
Does not require Acronis Installation.
Does not require Startup Recovery Manager to be enabled.
Does not require Acronis Rescue Media burnt to a dvd or usb.
You can have the option to run old versions if you wish.
Using EasyBCD the entries can be added in a few seconds.
Using iReboot you can reboot to Acronis without any further interruptions.

Is there any reason why I should not run it this way ?
