ESATA drive not showing up when booting from a CD in ATIH2011

Thread needs solution

When I used ATIH2009, I was able to boot from a CD and see me my ESATA drive, which is connected to my computer through a PCIx card (a Silicon Image Sil 3132 SATA Link Controller). I would connect the drive after the Acronis Boot CD finished starting Acronis. The drive would then be recognized by ATIH2009. If I just booted up Acronis with the ESATA drive already connected it would not be visible.

Since upgrading to ATIH2011, I have not been able to get Acronis to recognize my ESATA drive when booting from a CD. I have tried booting up with the drive connected and with the drive disconnected.

I am not software savvy enough to figure out what drivers I would have to add to a customized CD. Any help would be appreciated.

If your esata will also run as usb, then use USB until you get your problem resolved.
