What are Acronis's plans for BR10? Have you already orphaned it?

This is going to be a touchy subject but needs to be addressed. Again.
Acronis came out with BR10 what? Almost two years ago? It was a disaster. I queried support about continued development on the Echo line as was told "we discussed it and decided not to". It pretty much left everyone high and dry. You essentially had two choices. 1) "Work Around" the issues with Echo or 2) Fight all the problems with BR10. Neither choice was really acceptable.
Now after two years here we go again. It took Acronis a year and a half to get BR10 "relitivly" stable. There are still a lot of bugs many of which the development team were aware of since the initial release but paid no attention to because they were minor and major problems took presedence. Deja Vu. Looks like we are back to two choices. 1) "Work Around" the issues with BR10 or 2) Fight all the problems with BR11. Neither choice is really acceptable.
So Acronis... have you orphaned BR10 like you did the Echo series or can we expect to see continued updates to BR10 in hopes of seeing the first "Rock Solid" platform you have ever had?

Thank you for your comments.
I completely understand your concern. I have also forwarded your comments to the Management and Development teams.
Development team is not abandoning ABR10, and we're going to have an update release soon enough after the Update 0 for ABR11.
We would also appreciate more detailed feedback with the actual problems being reported: this will help us not only to focus on the actual issues but also help you with the technical issues faced. Sometimes the difficulties of using the product may be related not only to the code, but also particular environment complications. We will be glad to help you with any problem faced, just let us know what it is.
Jim, I really appreciate your input, you help a lot. But I regret to inform you that from now on any feedback that's not bolstered with some actual problems will be considered as negative spamming in order to set negative and hostile atmosphere.

Here are some of our problems:
Cleanup (simple schema: after backup)
The Job never ends, when an WAN connection goes down for a short time while the cleanup-job is on the way. This happens in our environment, when a branch server/acronis agent backups to a centralized store over WAN (agent version 12705, acronis-server version 13545).
Cannot access VSS, user svc_acronisbr is not in the Administrator group
With agent version 12708, 13544, 13545 we get this error when the first backup job starts after the client update. The error is vss related. When we create a job without vss, no problems. We see this error on some of our 2003 R2 servers. Other, identical servers don’t show this error.
Install Acronis Components
Some remote updates (12708, 13544, 13545 ) of the agent version never ends, no progress is made. The only way is to cancel the processes and tasks on the agent machine and remove the old part. deinstalled agent with the acronis cleanup tool. After that, we can install the new client.
Stability of the solution
The B&R server is not stable and robust as desired and exprcted:
Sometimes, the console shows no tasks, log, storage nodes, physical machines or vaults. After a restart of the “Acronis Management Server Service”, the console displays the information correctly again.
After a week or some days more, the acronis management server and storage node needs a reboot. symptoms are never ending backup-jobs, nor progress in indexing-jobs, restores not possible...
After a reboot of the storage nodes, the storage node indicates a corrupt vault. After a second reboot, everything with this vault is okey.
Sometimes, when we remove and readd a policy, the agent is not sync with the management server and the agent removes/readds the tasks again and again. Only remove and readd the agent from AMS stops the behavior.
Because of the two problems (install acronis components and cannto access vss), we have different client versions in our environment. Some servers/agents are still v. 12708, others 12708 and the rest 13545. This is one of the urgent issues.
The other very urgent issues are this management server and storage nodes instability with this various sympthoms and unreproducible errors.
For the “cannot access vss” issue, we have opened a acronis support case on May 26,2011 and still no solution.
We have had other support requests, we work out the solutions for ourself, because the support takes too long to response or to present a working solution. Most time, the support sends us a link to a acronis kb article, we already knows. We answered some questions from the acronis support twice or three times, because our call was send from supporter/support-team to another or the next higher level.
