Installation of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10

Not sure if this will help but there is a new build of ABR10 (build: 13762) that might be worth a try, if you don’t mind reporting back with your findings on the new build that would be appreciated.

Alternatively if the new build also does not fix the issue you could perhaps try running the clean up utility on your server then trying the install again (but as it’s a fresh OS install I don’t believe this will help much): http://kb.acronis.com/content/6177

I tried the new build and when I paste or type in the serial key for the first box, it doesn't allow me to click next and it does not populate the box for the second serial key.

Any ideas?!

What product are you trying to install and what is the description of the license key you currently have and are trying to use?

License: Acronis Backup&Recovery Server for Windows Trial
The build I am using the latest build for that license.

I see the heading states you are using the ABR10 product but with a trial key? Is this a trial key you recently got from the Acronis website? If so this trial key will be for ABR11 as this is the latest edition of the Backup and Recovery product.

If you required a trial key for ABR10 you might have to contact support about this as I’m not aware of away to get ABR10 trial keys from the website as it’s currently generating ABR11 keys which will not work with ABR10.
