Attempting to reinstall, getting install interrupted due to error.
Believe older install needs to be removed. Is there a pgm to clean
earlier install data?

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here. Thank you for reporting about the problem, I will be glad to help you with it.

You can surely use Acronis True Image Home 2011 Clean-Up Utility for removing all traces from the machine. I would also advise you to temporary disable all third-party protection software during the installation process in order to avoid any low-level drivers conflict.

Should the problem remain, please paste here MSI log from the problem machine and Windows System Information. These logs will help us to find the cause of the problem and a solution for it.
