Error when trying to modify drives to backup

Thread needs solution

When I try to change the drives that are being backed up in my backup setting I am recieving the following message

Access to the file is denied

The Knowledge Base is blank (as it is with EVERY error I have recieved with the 2012 edition)

Yes, I noticed this happens and I don't know the exact conditions. The workaround is to:
- move the TIB files you want to keep (maybe temporarily) to another directory on the same drive,
- delete the backup task. ATI will complain it couldn't delete all the files. Insist.
- create a new task.
