daily backup task does not start automatically

Thread needs solution

I created an automatic backup task every time I shutdown the computer in TrueImage Home 11.
This worked fine with WinXP. I changed now to Windows 7 and face the problem, that even if the task is properly installed, the task is just overrun during the shutdown process.
I have the suspect that this has to do with the user management, as if i start the task manually it properly runs with a good result. But, if I start it manually the user management mask is opening and is telling me that I need admin rights, which I have as the user under which the task has been installed.
Is there any solution within TrueImage or is there any workaround available within Windows 7?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I believe you can turn off UAC for individual programs.

see, e.g., http://pcsplace.com/windows-vista/how-to-turn-off-user-account-control-…

and http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-security/uac…

and lots of other sites will pop up if you google them.

Hello Scott,

first of all thanks for your prompt reply. I saw this post (or similar) already and this would work fine for me. But the last step is missing. I would like to have an automatic backup. So, if I create such a task I still have to start it manually (by clicking the shortcut), as I understood. Or can I trigger it automatically (my favorite solution would be doing the backup while/before the system is shutting down).
Sorry, but I am new with Windows 7 and not a real admin ;-)
