Acronis Remote agent (agent.exe) cpu @ 100%

Thread needs solution

Have recently upgraded to Snap Deploy 4.0, and our server is having the Acronis Remote Agent (agent.exe) hit 100% cpu for hours at a time randomly.

If I shut down the service, the CPU returns to normal. Is there an issue with the Remote Agent in Snap Deploy 4.0? I could understand if it looks for updates or something else occasionally, but this past weekend it spiked for 2 days straight.

Server 2003 SP2 standard install.
