license server unavailable!?

Hello!

Recently on a server of one of my clients I have the error below; the product is acronis backup and recovery 11 small business server

I tried to add manualy the license key from the help menu, but still dosn't work; the "license server" along with everything else is installed on that server only

Welcome to our Forum, it's nice to have you with us. I'd like to assist you with the issue faced.

It looks like due to some reason the connection to the License Server has been lost. It might be related to the drivers issue, etc. As a workaround I'd advise you to reinstall the License Server and re-add the licenses there. It might help to solve the problem.

If it remains, please provide us with the Acronis Info output  - these logs might shed the light onto the situation, and help to find an appropriate solution.

sorry for the late reply ...

I've removed and then reinstalled the license server - no luck

after that I deleted all the backup plans, ran a full repair for acronis and a reboot to the server and now seems to be working again (a full backup is running at the moment)
