Can't access Snap Deploy server across subnets

When trying to deploy images via either PXE boot or the Stand Alone Utility from a flash drive, I'm unable to get to our Snap Deploy server on another subnet. Is that a limitation of the product or have I overlooked something in the configuration of the server?

In case you're using different subnets you need to configure PXE for it.

To enable the Acronis PXE Server to work in other subnet (across the switch), configure the switch to relay the PXE traffic. The PXE server IP addresses are configured on a per-interface basis using IP helper functionality in the same way as DHCP server addresses. For more information please refer to: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/257579.

Standalone utility doesn't need PXE server, it is designed for networkless environments, so all you need to the Standalone media itself and the image placed on the locally attached drive. (see Chapter 10. Standalone deployment p. 67 in the User's Guide). Probably there is some other glitch in the media. I'd like to help you with it. Could you please tell me the details of the issue? Exact sequence of steps will be appreciated.

My switch confinements do not allow me to relay PXE traffic acccross the network. Is there a way to install just the PXE server component on a server in the local site and use a fully licensed server in a seperate site to deploy? We are trialling the program at the moment and need it to be available in 7 sites which if we have to license for each site would not be economical.
