Bluescreen after ATI 2010 Installation
Hello,
i am from Austria an my English ist noch very good, so i hope you understand my Problem:
I Installed ATI 2010 Home (last Revision from Acronis Homepage) on my Sony-Notebook with Windows 7 Ultimate. At the End of the installation Setup told me to do a Restart. Doing the Restart, i got a Bluescreen (0x0000008E) at the point as Win7 comes to the Logonscreen.
The next start was OK.
Now i often got this Bluescreen and have to boot again. If i can logon to windows, all is OK. The Eventviewer shows only a report "Windows startet again after unsuccessful shutdown".
I deinstalled ATI 2010. Since this, i never got this problem again.
I installed ATI 2010 again - and got the bluescreen
I deinstalled ATI 2010 again - no Problem.
I am very frustraded - i paid about 40 Euros for the Software an now i can't use this!
Can anybody can help me to resove this Problem?

How can i get my money back? In the shop i buy ATI they say, i can't give back software if the package is opened.
Is there a payback-option by acronis?

Like Evs65, I'm a foreigner that got a blue screen installing TIH 2010 upgrade with Vista SP2 ; I reinstalled it and now I get an error message each time I boot : "TimemounterMonitor.exe - Entry point unfoundable" ................. in fox.dll
Any advice about what to do ?
Evs65, when you open a support ticket and the system asks you why, one of the options is for requesting a refund. You won't get any help from Acronis. Many tried before.

I also reinstalled ATIH 2010 - but it doesn't help. Bluescreen comes at every 2nd or third Boottime. The Error-Messages like your picture i have never seen.
I think, this was my first an last Product from Acronis.

Today comes a Update on the acronis homepage (Rev. 6029) - now i installed this update an boot my notebook several times - NO Bluescreen.

Hello everybody,
now the Bluescree-Problem ist solved :-)
But the new Problem is: Shutdown takes much more time then before Installing ATIH 2010.
Does anybody got a similar Problem?
