Reading text about each 2010 created .TIB file

Thread needs solution

When using ATI 2010 to create .TIB files, there is a text description created for each new .TIB file. I have several .TIB files but I need to know what was happening for each .TIB file. How can I read the text explanation for each old 2010 .TIB file? I thought I could do this when using ATI 2010 but do not seem to be able to read now.
Can someone please explain how I can use ATI 2010 to read text
about each TIB file?

You have start up the tib by acting as if you wre going to restore it.

AT that point yo can also edit. Per the User Guide:
"
In addition, you can provide or edit a comment after the backup has been executed. This may be helpful for adding comments to scheduled backups, which run unattended. To edit or add a comment, go to the Data recovery and backup management screen by clicking Recovery on the sidebar, choose the appropriate backup, right-click and select Edit comments in the shortcut menu.
