I'm using TeraByte's BootIT NG for multi-boot and partition management. It replaces the Windows MBR with its own.

Before I install Acronis, I'd like a reading on whether I'm likely to have problems with the two of them interacting.

If you are using unlimited primary partitions don't let TI make any partitioning changes or it could result in data loss. Otherwise, you should be okay. If TI messes up the MBR you can just reactivate BootIt NG.
