Error when backing up KINGSTON30_GIG Thumdrive

Thread needs solution

I've been getting an error when backing up my thumbdrive for a while now, and when I put the error code into the Acronis website it doesn't have an issue for the error code.

Any ideas?

Has anybody found anything about this yet? I'm about to just start from scratch and make another backup.

The log file is referencing the backup disk as drive T. Has it always been drive T?

The log also points to a group of files being consolidated. Sometimes there is issues with consolidation.

My suggestion would be to boot from the CD and manually validate the backup.

additionally, I would start a new task and new backup pointing to a new or empty storage folder.

Okay I rebooted and went through all 7 backups and validated them, they all seem okay.

I created a new backup for the drive and decided to upgrade to the new 2012 version.
