Online backup does not delete old versions - Storage Full

Thread needs solution

In desperation I have decided to post this to the forum. I have tried logging calls with "support" but I might as well have asked my springer spaniel to help me.

I have paid for 250GB of storage and backup 106GB. I have set storage clean up options to keep 1 version. I am now out of storage. The "support" team suggest that I should recover data from the web portal and this will reclaim the storage. Guess what, it doesn't!! They next suggested deleting the backup and starting again!! I tried to explain that backing up 106GB would take about 5 days.

The issue, I believe, is that I have 12 months of old backups that are not being deleted despite the clean up settings. I need a way to clear out these old backups without losing my backed up data. H.E.L.P!! Once my subscription expires I'm going back to Mozy
