Does Acronis support ever answer E Mails from people asking for help? I have sent E mails, and have talked to support on live chat, they tell me they will send E Mails to me with instuctions as to how to create several files to send to support.
The only E Mails that I have received from them were asking if my case was resolved.
I upgraded to TI 2010, as they told me my old program would not work in Windows 7.
Well I upgraded to 2010 and it runs just fine in Vista, but will not run in Win 7.
I can't do anything as it stops responding no matter what I try to do.
