Hello, awhile ago the system started throwing this error.. Looked around in the forums with no luck, found one user that was told to post the acronis information, but the user never followed thru.. Attached is my info.. Thanks.. :)

I've checked the logs, and event viewer shows a lot of hard drive errors, so our software loses connection to the backup location due to hardware issues. In order to test it please choose another location, and test whether the backup gets saved there normally.

The drive is in an E-sata enclosure, and the drive tests good in and out of the enclosure.... I have not tried a new cable yet.... Where in the report do you look to see the drive errors??

Swapping esata cable no result.. We have two separate enclosures/drives we rotate offsite weekly, both drives test good in and out of enclosure. So this problem is being replicated on two separate external drives..
