I can't recovery data.
I had installed True Image Agent in my centos5.5 , I used True Image Management Console in windows server 2003 to connect it.I can backup data, but I can't recovery it.
eg:
I backup /home ,I recovery it .It said must be reboot,so I chose reboot,and then I wait a minute,it message this:
Specify correct logon information for remote computer. Please contact with system administrator about permissions or remote authorization rules.
So the recovery was faild.
But my password was right

Which account do you use with Acronis Agent to access the centos-machine?
Restore needs root-rights, so you have to enter the root account and correspondig password in the restore job.

Yes, I was used root to restore and I'm sure the password is right.I tried many time , it also message that.

O.K.
Another thing to check: normaly the direct root login is disabled on most linux derivates - you have to login as a "normal" user und then do an "sudo su -" or something like that.
Try loging in via ssh as user "root" - if it fails you maybe have to permit the direct root login first.

I can use the "root" to login in OS and I also can use the "root" to connect the agent.
But I mean I can't use the "root" to restore data.

Hmmm, no further ideas, sorry...
There must be a difference between an interactive login and the way acronis tries to put data onto the client during restore.
Do you know, which protocol is used for transfering the data from the windows machine to the linux client (scp, ftp, nfs ... ???)?
What's in the linux logs about unsuccessful logins?
Maybe you shold open a case with the acronis support.
