Dell PERC S100

Thread needs solution

Has anyone been through the issues with these and can help me out? I'm at my wits end. I have followed the instructions in the KB article but this is way too much for someone stressed and frustrated to be looking at.

I put in a support case yesterday and haven't heard anything, I don't have time. All of my homework is on this backup and not matter what I try I can't get it back.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Forum.

I am very sorry that you have experienced this issue with our software. I checked your case with us and I can see that there are some issues with the WinPe bootable media as well. Our Support Representative asked you to upload additional diagnositc information to our FTP server so that we can troubleshoot this issue.

As a temporary workaround to access your data, have you tried exploring your backup from Windows, if you have Acronis True Image 2012 Home installed. You can either do it from Windows explorer by double clicking on the .tib file, or, by clicking on the gear icon for the corresponding backup in Acronis True Image 2012 Home.
