Thread needs solution

Acronis, can you please explain the following?
also a rundown of the error codes Acronis 11 produces would greatly help in diagnostics.

Note Last entry. The Running Task Has Been Canceled. (NO user was anywhere near the system when the job was "canceled")

Unfortunately the error you've specified is very common, and also might point onto the errors with the appliance. Anyway in order to say for sure we will need additional logs.

Please gather Acronis Info from the host machine, logs from the ESX, then submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number.

looks like the silent mode was on and the task could not proceed without user interaction. Try to find out why interaction was needed by looking at the previous log entries. Or just restart the backup with the silent mode turned off.

If this does not help, please attach the log here.
