Product hangs after creating a new backup or editing an existing one
Windows 7 64bit
True Image Home 2012 build 6154
If I create a new file backup, when I press "Backup now" to close the Edit Backup Settings form, the system hangs. Closing the program leaves a process running in task manager that then needs to be killed (or the system restarted). The new file backup does not get created. A similar thing happens if I do Edit settings on an existing backup - the system hangs when I close the form.
If you can tell me which processes to look at I can attach a system dump etc.

MKP, GroverH is right, I just wanted to add, if the issue remains, we would also appreciate if you could also provide us with the Procmon log in addition to the UserDump of the TrueImage process.
