Backup not happenning due to credentials being forgotten

I have Acronis Backup and Restore Version 10 (10.0.13762 Advanced Server Small Business Server Edition) not the latest but it should work.

This was updated recently.

My destination backup device is a Dlink DNS-343 NAS unit. I am using the Active directory extension on it to access the NAS.

I have setup my custom backup plan and backup vault correctly.

I entered the proper credentials required to access the private vault and saved them also in the backup plan.

Recently the backups do not start at the scheduled time and cannot understand why. All the conditions are met and the backup should start.

Then I open Acronis Management Console and check my backup plan and under "Where to backup" Acronis complains about missing credentials, but I had saved them before when I saved the backup plan. Every time I open and close the management console this happens.

I feel your software has a bug because it forgets the credentials and then it cannot access the vault for the scheduled backup. Please tell me if I am wrong.

Could you please run this backup manually to see if it is a credentials issue. If the backup runs successfully, then the reason for the scheduled backup failure is something else, we will need to look at this report for additional information.

If the manual backup fails, please let us know the exact error message as well the following report.
