E00450005: Failed to create the service.

When I try to push the "Snap Deploy 4 Management Agent" to several of our computers, I get this message "E00450005: Failed to create the service". I'm so surprised to be the only one, apparently, to ever get this message, since searching the Forum and Knowledge Base comes up empty. I'm using the same admin account on all systems, same password, but no matter how many times I try on at least 6 machines, I get that error. Has anyone else seen and resolved that issue??
