I cannot access the server from outside the local network
I can access from the local network
Port 443 is open what other ports do I need to open

Acronis Access Advanced installer comes with Configuration Utility, which allows you to quickly and easily set up the access to your Access server, Gateway server and File Repository. The Gateway Server is used by mobile clients to access both files and shares. The Access Server provides the web user interface for Acronis Access clients, and is also the administration console for both Mobile Access and Sync & Share.

443 is the default port of the Gateway server. However, the web-console is typically running on port 3000 of your Access server. Please check this port too.
