Anyone built a WinPE bootable media that works on an HP proliandl380 gen9?

The latest bootable media from the site does not have the raid drivers needed to see the array. I am attempting to build a winPE bootable disk that will work on the gen9 server. I have been able to get it to boot into acronis but the mouse and keyboard do not work. I do not know if the drives are available either since I cannot navigate.

Has anyone built an iso that will work on the dl380 g9 servers?
