Backup to multiple disks, cleanup fails

Doing daily full backup using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 build 32308. Backup destination is removable drive that gets changed every 1-2 days. Retention rule is set to delete backups older than 5 days. Job fails at cleanup and backup drive eventually fills up. What I am guessing is happening from what I've seen in log is that it is failing to find a backup file that is on another backup drive and stops without doing anything. Any ideas on how to correct this?

I believe software was registered in name of previous IT provider, so I can't contact support yet or get latest build at this time because I don't have logon.
