Hi

I have a system set to backup on shutdown.

Is there any safe way for the user to manually shutdown without backing up? There are occasional times when we want to shutdown the system w/o waiting the 30 mins etc. for the backup

If you stop mms and/or acronis scheduler2 service before shutdown, backup won't start. On the next power-on these services will be running as usual.

'sc stop mms' with appropriate permissions seems to do just what is needed.
