Cannot Backup Error 5 Module 154 call of FileManager Failed

Thread needs solution

I am using Acrons 11.5 Advanced Server SBS edition. Build 11.5.32308
We just purchase a new NAS and now when I attempt to backup to the NAS, I get the Error 5 listed above and I am told that the "call of FileManager" Failed. This is the first time I am using the NAS, so I am creating a new Full backup.

This message happens almost immediately. The entire log is printed below. What should I look for, check, change?

Try not to use mapped drive letter to backup to NAS, and use UNC path instead. ( like \\nasname\Bkup\SBS )
