Creating Bootable Media

Does anybody have a link to a video in English showing how to create a bootable CD? The help file is not really much use as it doesn't explain it very well at all and I think the wizard's wand has been broken as that's not much help either as there are options presented that don't make much sense - don't ask! So if anybody can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
