do Backup Advanced 11.7 serials need to be deactivated to move to another computer?

Hello,

I have licenses for 15 copies of Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7.  Two of the desktops they were installed on died, and I was unable to recover the systems well enough to go through an uninstall of Acronis.  Do I need to jump through some hoops to install these licenses on new computers?  What is the process?  My understanding is that these licenses allow for 2 installs: 1 on a desktop and 1 on a laptop.

Welcome to Acronis user forums! License keys of Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 are not tied to the hardware, which means you can use the keys on the new machines without any additional actions. If the licenses in question are shown as "used" in the License Server, you'll need to revoke them. Once the keys are free, they can be assigned to new machines. See the following part of the documentation for more details.
