Hi,

I have installed an Acronis backup & recovery 11.5 workstation on a fujitsu computer.

When I finished the installation I tryed to start the service Acronis Manage machine Service but an error 1067 come. I have ever try to reinstall Acronis.

What can I do for resolve this problem?

Error 1067 means that service terminated unexpectedly. Generally it doesn't happen on clean installation. There are no known solutions for this type of issue. In either case you'll have to contact the support. If there are entries about mms.exe crash in windows application logs, you will need to collect process dump as described in http://kb.acronis.com/content/27931

hi,

I collected process dump, and I have = error 5 (0 x 5) . access Denied .

Or I have no problem with user account I have ever tryed with administrator and with default acronis user.

If you determined that mms.exe crashed and have a .dmp file, contact support. When do you receive this error? (error 5 (0 x 5) . access Denied . )
