error code on acronis 11.7

Thread needs solution

Hello,

 

i'm trying to get backup on Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 for PC and it shows me this error

with acronis 11.5 it wors fine.

 

i try this

Also i'm trying to unistalling and to instal again.

Hello Vangelis,

The message you posted is quite clear. Your Acronis Agent User@Lab-PC user does not have enough permissions to create backups of the SQL instance.

There are two solutions:

1. You can disable the 'single-pass' backup in the backup options. This is required if you want to have the possibility for SQL DB granular restore, DB mount and other advanced SQL features in your backup.

I suspect you did not have this option in your previous build, which is why the backup worked without error.

2. If for some reason you do want to create advanced SQL backups (this is not required for the Management Server, which is what you are trying to backup), you can grant the necessary permissions by following the documentation below:
