File needs to be Unblocked or file is not backed up ?

Thread needs solution

There are a large number of files on our NAS that have been copied from other computers or downloaded from the internet ( PDFs , JPGs etc )
The backup log shows "Access to this file is denied" and "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" and the file not in the backup.

The UAC control on the computer running Acronis 11.5 update 3 is set to low and I have not issues opening these files. The file properties do have an UNBLOCK button.

I cannot seem to find any Acronis security setting in the Backup Task to over ride this.

Any suggestions ? .. other than individually UNBLOCK ing each individual file. There are 100's

Does 'unblock' button help if you test it on some file?? When backing up NAS, Acronis Backup uses credentials that were entered during browsing the NAS folder in 'data to backup' dialog. Did you check that these files are not exclusively opened by some other process during backup?
