License not available

Thread needs solution

Been using Acronis Backup 11.5 happily since late 2013.  Have used it to back up several drives on our server on a daily basis.  A couple of days ago, I mounted a drive to recover some files, and since then our backups have stopped, saying there is not a license available.

I've checked the 'Change License' dialog, but no licenses are shown.  I tried adding the license again, and I get a message that the license has already been imported into the license server.  I also get a 'Connection Successful' message when I test the connection to the License Server (hosted locally on the server).

I can't ask Acronis directly for help, since my year of support that came with the program is up, so any help/insight would be appreciated.

Thank you for your posting! Please do the following:

  • Revoke the license key in question from the License Server;
  • specify the license anew in 'Change License' on the Agent's side.
